I am not in any insurance plans, but please note many insurance providers reimburse for services with out-of-network benefits, in which case I will happily help you with receipts and proof of sessions.
My rates
Individual/family session
Online 60-minute sessions are designated for individuals, partners, or families to process and explore their thoughts as they work toward positive change. Typically, meetings are weekly.
Individual and Family/Couples counseling $185
Group therapy
Online group sessions are tailored to different themes and topics specific to common problems and challenges.
$45 per person, per session
Billing
I currently accept out-of-network benefits. Each can be provided with a receipt for insurance submission after every session.
